For peak season travel (October to April), we recommend reaching out at least six months in advance — private access permits are extremely limited and book up quickly. That said, we do occasionally accommodate shorter-notice requests, so it is always worth reaching out regardless of your timeline.

Once you are happy with your personalised proposal, we will send full payment details and a clear breakdown of what is included. We typically require a deposit to secure permits and supplier reservations, with the balance due closer to your travel date.

Yes — we understand that plans evolve. Your travel expert will work with you to accommodate changes where possible. For private access permits, earlier changes are easier to manage, so we encourage you to let us know as soon as anything shifts.
